Arras.io (Stylized as arras.io) is a fan-made sequel to the 2D MassiveMultiplayerOnline game Diep.io. The gameplay is similar to the game it's based on; at the start of the game, the player controls a simple Tank, and can kill Polygons and defeat enemy players to level up, upgrade into stronger tanks, and get points to upgrade their Stats. However, there is a lot more content than Diep.io and is updated much more frequently. After the many years of development and growth, Arras.io has evolved into a totally different game that is no longer just a "Diep.io clone".
Game-plan[]
In Arras.io, the game-play is more skill-based and relies on knowledge and experience, as unlike Diep.io, it doesn't require any grinding to level up. Arras.io is also has a large amount of content, including Tanks, Bosses, Gamemodes.
Game-Modes[]
- Main article: Arras:Game Modes
Free For All (FFA)[]

FFA Map. Note the rocks near each corner.
The player will spawn in the arena at Level 1 as the Basic. The player can travel anywhere and must work their way to the top, having no special attributes except its one cannon.
The main goal in Free For All (FFA) is to work one's way to the top of the Leader-board. To raise its level higher than 1, the player must destroy enemy Tanks or Polygons. As always, they could just press N on their keyboard to instantly level up.
This game-mode features a usually barren landscape with rocks near each corner. However, it is not uncommon to see no rocks on the map. The square area between the rocks is known as the Pentagon Nest.

2TDM Map. The 2 Bases are on either side of the map.
Teams (TDM)[]

4TDM Map, Bases in corners, rocks on sides of the map.
In Team Modes, the player will always spawn inside a safe base, and with teammates.
The main goal in this mode is to dominate the Leader-board with all their players from a team.
The 2TDM map features the bases on either the East or West sides of the arena, with rocks spread all over the place to provide cover for tanks. (The blue dots are players, not rocks.)
The 4TDM map features each base in a separate corner of the map with rocks directly North, East, South and West from the center.
Maze[]

Maze Map, walls randomly generated, but always have at least one exit. No walls touching side.
The game-mode Maze works like FFA with one key difference; the arena is littered with randomized walls to create a maze.
The players normally spawn on the outskirts of the maze, but they may sometimes spawn in the center of the map too. Fights usually break out along the borders of the arena.
The Pentagon Nest still remains the same.
(2, 3, 4)TDM Maze[]
Like Maze the mode takes place in a maze, but with one difference: players spawn in one of two team bases on opposite corners of the field.
The maze is rotationally symmetric. Notice the similarities between the top and bottom of the map. Also, no walls spawn directly inside the base, but they do spawn around it, however there are always multiple exits to leave the base.
The Pentagon Nest remains the same.
Assault[]

Assault Map. Entire blue portion of base open, while the Green part of the base has many walls to prevent the blue team from easily winning.
Assault (used to be known as D-Day), is a variant of 2TDM Maze with Blue and Green teams. In this mode, there is an increased number of Blue players versus the number of Green players. The Green team spawns in a preset maze covering the bottom half of the arena, filled with Dominators and one sanctuary protected by a door. The maze counts as the Green team's base, and they must successfully defend the base and Dominators from the Blue team until a 10-minute timer counts down to 0. If at least half of the Dominators are occupied by the Blue team, the timer stops, resetting when this is no longer the case. The Blue team spawns along the top of the arena and have the goal of infiltrating the Green team's base, destroying all Dominators in the base to open up a door to the sanctuary placed in the center of the Green's spawn area, and destroying it. They can also indefinitely prolong the match by destroying at least half of the Dominators in the base.
Many Dominators are blocked within the Green base. As the Blue team destroys the Dominators, they progressively get further into the Green team's base.
The walls of the Green team's base border the bottom of the map, but it is still possible to make it around the entire base.

- Specifies the number of teams in a specific mode (e.g. 2TDM, 3 Team Tag, 4 Team Domination)
- If Assault or Mothership are specified to have 2 teams, the resulting modes will simply be labeled "Assault" and "Mothership" respectively.

- Walls will generate around the map, forming clearly defined paths.

- Portal
- A Portal will be placed either in the center of the map or in team bases, which allow players to travel from one map to another.

- Teamer
- Players can "team" with other players by putting clan tags at the start of their names.
- Created for the Teamer Maze event on April 1st 2022.

If you think that you beat a world record, then you may submit your record here: Arras.io World Records Submissions
Please do not spam the submission page with useless things because it makes it really hard for WR managers to validate actual records.
Note: Your browser or antivirus might not allow you to access the submissions page due to the page tracking your IP address. There is nothing we can do about that if you are not on the Arras.io discord.
Score[]
In arras.io, the term "score" typically refers to the numerical representation of a player's points within the game.
At level 1: 0 score, at level 45: 26263 (26.26k) score, at level 90: 180342 (180.3k) score, at level 120: 402,171 (402.1k) score, at level 150: 749635 (749.6k) score, at level 500: 21,695,077 (21.69m) score, and at level 1000: 150,903,162 (150.9m) score. The max limit of score is 232.
To level up, you need to kill polygons, players, and bosses (visitors). If your tank is a healing tank, healing teammates in Siege will also give you score. You can also restore your score in same gamemode (for example: saved 9.82m, restored 9.82m).
You can press and hold N
to level up to 45. Additionally, you can also enable Auto-Level up, even though it is enabled by default.
The only cheat to get score is by holding `
+ N
. This is only for beta testers, game moderators, game admins, game developers, shiny members, youtubers, and operators.
If you try to reach beyond 232 score, you will be looped to level 45 or level 1.
